Privacy policy
Updated October 4, 2026
Organized Command, LLC (“Organized Command”, “we”) runs organizedcommand.com. We also build and run the website of the 2027 Missouri EMS Conference & Expo at memsa.organizedcommand.com for MEMSA, the conference organizer, and send that conference’s optional text messages. This policy covers organizedcommand.com and those text messages. The conference website has its own privacy notice for attendees.
This website
- The contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, and message, plus your IP address and your browser’s description of itself, which we keep only to filter spam. The form stores them in our Amazon Web Services account and emails them to us through Amazon’s email service so we can reply. We use them only to answer you, and we delete them when you ask.
- No cookies or tracking. This site uses no cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Amazon Web Services hosts it and handles each request to deliver the page.
Conference text messages
Organized Command sends optional text messages about the 2027 Missouri EMS Conference & Expo, on behalf of MEMSA, to registered attendees who opt in on the conference website. How the program works, and how to stop it, is on our conference text messages page.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Information may be shared with subcontractors that support the service, such as the companies that deliver the texts and host the conference website.
- Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any other third parties. They are disclosed otherwise only when the law requires it.
Sharing and selling
We don’t sell or rent personal information. Apart from the services that host this site and deliver our email and texts, we share it only when the law requires it.
